Hey gang -

BJ is a single mom that is also an astute business woman. She enjoys watching her 16 year old, 6’2” size 12 shoes, puppy-dog of a son (Sean) mature and grow into a man. She is passionate about many things, but two things come to mind as her “major” passions. 1) Africa 2)“paying it forward”. Africa has always been on her thoughts but even more so since October she went on her first mission trip to Kenya and came back a changed person. She knows she is going back but doesn’t know when, but wants it sooner than later. Often she hears Africa “calling to her” knowing it is part of God’s divine plan for her.  The yearnings become stronger for her to return to this nation of joyful people who are “poor” financially compared to American standards, but when it comes to the joy and peace that comes only from God they could give most American’s a lesson. “They have what we need” is how BJ describes it. Her passions for the BDG-NC is to help facilitate others find their dreams.

Randy is a God loving man who leads by example in his faith.  He is a student of the bible and is just coming into his own in what God has in store for him. He loves meeting everyone and he has an uncanny way of opening others up and making you feel safe to disclose your inner most thoughts. As a single dad Randy has fought hard to stay connected with his 18 year old son.  And the closeness of their relationship is a testimony to the effort and love the two have for one another.   Randy has recently made some significant life changes following his dream.  In November of this last year Randy rented his house out and made a 1000 mile move to North Carolina minus a job and knowing where he was going to live.

He has a passion for bowling and dogs. After agreeing to coach his son’s high school bowling team he quickly realized a love for teaching people how to bowl. It is a game he picked up at 15 and has enjoyed a high level of success ever since. Now he wants to pass on his knowledge of the game to others. Randy also has a passion for training dogs. He trained several family pets to do a variety of tricks but took it to another level training his Golden Retriever, Kobe to be a hunting machine with verbal, whistle and hand commands.   

Randy is a BIG dreamer with a heart to help other dreamers!

That's right!

This year… we're headed South with a BIG dream gathering in Texas.

And NOW we are excited to announce that we're headed to the South East too!

That's right… we're teaming up with some BIG dreamers to bring the BDG experience to Cary, North Carolina later in March!

We'll be bringing you the specifics of the event as well as more about the BIG dreamers behind it in the coming weeks!
