Well… this week… Dr. Mollie Marti is launching her new book called “Walking with Justice.”

It’s an amazing book that features uncommon lessons from Mollie’s greatest mentor… Judge Max Rosenn of the United States Court of Appeals from the Third Circuit.

As you know… we love to feature podcast interviews with people who are walking out their big dreams.  We’ve had authors, politicians, speakers, teachers, business people and musicians.  We’ve been wildly blessed to talk with people from all walks of life… and people at different stages of their big dreams.

The goal is to help get their story out… AND to inspire YOU to go after some of your own BIG dreams.

Well… today’s podcast packs a bit of a surprise.  Why?  Well, this BIG dreamer started on this journey at FIVE YEARS OLD!  That’s right!  FIVE!

And now… she’s only 15 years old!

But in those 10 short years… Alix Lapri has…

• Become a YOUTUBE sensation with over 2 MILLION views!
• Gotten noticed by newspapers and Nickelodeon!
• Signed with Crown World Entertainment
• And… received the Presidential Academic Award for having a GPA of + 3.5!

This Topeka, Kansas native is now living in Atlanta.  Over the past few years, she has experienced ups and downs… but she keeps moving forward.  She has had to make sacrifices but she says they have been worth it.  And she continues to WOW her fans around the world whether it’s in live shows (for 2 or 2,000) or online!

And if you were to boil it all down… she’d say that her big dream is:

“To be seen by the world and make them happy with my voice.”

I first connected with Dr. Mollie Marti last year, when I was invited to speak at her MAKE AN IMPACT LIVE event in Chicago.

We’re excited to announce that we were able to catch up with William Paul Young who is the author of the best-selling book, The Shack.

Actually, The Shack is the best selling self-published book of all time!  But more importantly, it’s been a book that has deeply impacted millions of people… including me.

In this interview, I wanted to talk with Paul about the story behind the book.  I wanted to hear about his big dream journey with all of this.  What I found out might surprise you a bit.  But then again, if you know Paul, it may not.

In the interview… we don’t really discuss the content of the Shack.  Instead, we :

• discuss that originally, he didn’t start out writing a book at all
• find out an amazing story of how Paul received the money to pay for the first 15 copies of the manuscript (which he gave out as gifts)
• talk about how he’s dealt with some of the controversy around the book
• dig into his thoughts on living in the present and breaking through worry

I’ve got to tell you that this was one of my favorite podcasts to do.  Paul is a joy to talk to (in fact, he’s one of my favorite people on the planet) and no matter what you thought of the book itself, he provides an unique perspective on faith, life and walking out your big dreams.  It’s worth a listen.

Today’s featured BIG dreamer is Bob Burg.

Bob is a person who is living his big dream by helping others.  He gets to do this through his best-selling books and by speaking around the world.

One of Bob’s books is called The Go-Giver.  It’s an incredible book that he co-wrote with John David Mann.

If you haven’t read it, I suggest you do! It’s a book that has had a big impact on me.  In fact, the concepts in the book helped to encourage me a few years ago when I was about ready to give up on the BIG Dream Gathering and just go back to something “safe.”  If you’ve ever felt “stuck” or tired and you’re not sure how to move forward… this little book will give you some simple but powerful tools to help you get “unstuck” and become a Go-Giver!

Plus, it’s a story that’s a lot of fun to read too!  Trust me.  You’ll dig it.

This is a story of someone who is on his own big dream journey.

A few years ago, Derek Kreifels was in a “nice job” but at the same time… he felt like it just wasn’t what he was created to do.

Not only that… but he was in a place where he was about to give up on ever going after his bigger dreams and goals.  Frankly he’d tried… but his dreams had been beaten up… and his options seemed to be drying up.

Well… a “chance” meeting in a hallway functioned as a catalyst for him to start to think about his big dreams again.

Then… a conversation with his wife… sparked his dreams even more.

Cindy Christensen Welsher has a big dream to help some of the most important people in the world… single moms!

Here’s her BIG dream… in her own words:

“A Big Dream I’ve had for years and years…to start a non-profit dedicated to helping single mom’s, honoring them on the days they feel the most forgotten, like their birthday, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and mostly….Mother’s Day.

And many other ways!

I always promised myself that I would repay those who helped me when I was a single mom by paying-it-forward someday.

This is my someday and I want to connect single moms with other women… enriching the lives of both!”

We just love this dream.
