One of my BIG dreams:
One of my dreams is to someday become a home builder or condo/loft builder. One idea (dream) is to 
build a condo or loft residential development on a piece of land that would have access or a view of Saylorville Lake. There are many homes available around Saylorville Lake, but nothing for the 1st time home buyer or lower price range for singles or small families to enjoy. This would spark a need eventually for commercial properties like a convenience store etc...
Maybe even a resort type living arangement would be another great idea in this area where people could live near the lake as if they were on vacation year round, but still close enough to work and schools.
Things I have in place:
I have experience in all building trades and have built my own home in 2000 as the General Contractor.
High level of Creativity.
